3km! YES FINALLY 3KM..w00t
3KM Clocked at 19' 39" haha..Just wanted to take it down for my future time checking.
Don't care even if its 1KM increment..its a start!
What I did was..brisk walk for about 30 sec. then slow jog for another 30 sec or 1 min. after that started jogging from my usual starting point!
Previously was just some stretches and that is it. Today did some stretches and those things I mentioned earlier.
It was tough towards the end but i manage to push myself till the ending/starting point of my run.

Edit: I found it by using my old scoop=.= Why is it buried so deep nowadays... oh..that white cloth thingy is actually my shirt LOL..sorry I haven't put it in the washing basket
