Bedminton is high intensity sports. After 35 years old, should avoid.

look at how our pendidikan jasmani conducted in schol, you will know we are not  learning sports in proper way. Once gathered, simple stretching, whistle then all play their own things.
I told many many people that "badminton is not an exrcise for you to get fit", many people laugh at me and say if not exercise and get fit how come i sweat and feel tired ?

Many didn't learn from the basic , i.e. how to jump , how to stretch, how to run, how to fall down etc...
Badminton just ngam2 is a favorite national sport, with indoor enviroment , rubber ground, can start with minimum pax, no collission, etc..  thus it become more and more popular among the people.

because lacking of basics, you see fat asses will not injured (got tired easily) they still can play very long time, but some step in the field, here injury there injury, sometimes i wonder how did that happen....

I wouldn't say i am fit , but just feel i'm lucky enough to not get injured and still aive despite many extreme ocassions  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

It's very simple.

Just observe people who swim , tennis, play futsal vs those who play badminton, who do you find have more robust body shape and fit?

We are on a slippery slope here.
In the future, no one will lend a hand to help, for fear of potential legal liability.

better than administer poor cpr and deny the victim of having proper cpr
if you don't know how to do proper cpr, then better find someone who know even if it takes 5 minutes
a delayed proper cpr within 5 minutes is better than an immediate bad cpr that prolonged for 30 minutes
first do no harm. so if know nothing, do nothing

Even if I know proper CPR, even with 100% correct technique given, I will also worry if the casualty not survived or brain dead, then will kena legal consequences, criminal or civil.

So better do nothing, and become like China where people will just stand there and watch.

oh well that's the smartest thing to do
probably heartless but at least not brainlessly administered badly done CPR
if trained with 100% correct technique only do CPR to your family you want to save then
only to people you know wont sue you

So you know CPR but won't use your skill to help people when needed.
Where is kindness and moral?

But again, no kindness and no moral is not illegal.
