Not worth it to do grab unless u have a under rm50k EV with 400km range.
Hopefully the ministry that is currently drafting the guideline for installing charger at highrise make it done quicker, many condos management still waiting for the new guidelines
*

Actually for high rise can be done already, just costly abit. They will pull the wires direct from db box to your carpark lot. One of the example is by Porche , in Pavillion condo. But maybe other condo management dont want to deal with it

I would like to read opinion of those EV owners who are staying in a condo with only 2 available charging points & no plug point at their parking space.

My wallbox installer himself lives in a condo which prohibits installation of a wallbox, he drives 2-300km everyday so he charge at public charger, inconvenient but still possible

Just plug in to charger, car can still run with aircond on, so can do work or watch movies while the car is charging

i stay condo , 6 lots , for 1000 units condo .
more than enough to support . no queue most of time (more than 30 biji PHEV and 8 x pure EV) .

basically EV charging cycle very less , not like PHEV .
most EV owner they charge their car 4-8 hours , and can last for a week .

For now. When EV adoption rate is higher could be a different story.

Why does China and Japanese like to produce midget cars? These cars are so small that it's only for girls and kids to sit it.

Design also so fugly.

1.8-2kW an hour. A regular EV capacity is around 60kWh. So can roughly calculate

But totally not recommended to use 3 pin, so many burnt socket already

yea , authority need slowly catch up the demand when supply is there . no choice .
but luckily electric , this energy is easier to get . compared to others energy .

i wont expect Electric car will totally take over in the market in upcoming 10 years .
Most likely in the end we will get 40% of EV and 60% of ICE

Good for consumer, they can have diffrent option of energy to choose .

if in KV, can go layan malls that have destination chargers, normally they give you free charging in exchange of premium parking (sunway pyramid)

or just top up weekly at dcfc hubs, so many in KV.. drop by there 20-30 mins u get 80%. sufficient for the whole week
