No car park lot given with the unit, just like Scarletz and Hugoz. I heard it will be automated parking system too

I think already fully booked. Only can wait for loan release. Downpayment not cheap as discount given not a lot I think. And also cannot get 90 percent loan, correct me if I'm wrong

Non-HDA units cannot get 90% because considered commercial use property.

Under HDA, depends on bank, if they consider as overpriced they might put a cap on the margin.

I wonder if the question was ever asked what if Airbnb is restricted or outright banned. Then how do these returns work? People it’s not 2018. Go in with your eyes open.

Yup. End financing with the banks are still in the process of being finalized, so the loan margin and details could still change.

Guess selling price over market value and bank valuation cannot meet. If cannot get 90-100%, that could be a challenge to this project.

Got 2 banks just approved the loans for this project today. Can get up to 90% for HDA units thumbsup.gif

Latest update, so far got 3 banks finalized the loan details for this project. Can get up to 90% loan for HDA, 85% loan for non-HDA.
