Buy for rental ok la, but for resell maybe hard. But who knows, maybe after 10 years shoot up to 3000 per sqft

Difference is Fully Furnished gets:

1) Room Desk with Chair
2) Queen Size Mattress including Bed Frame
3) Side Table with Table Lamp
4) SMART TV (2 sets)
5) Not required to pay for renovation fees for Hospitality Management program (this info is for Hugoz so might change)

The price considerably decent. Yes the unit is quite small but it is prime location
