Bigger units like 484 sqft (2 rooms) and 657 sqft (Dual key) are under HDA, so can get better loan margin / lower down payment for those.

Info not confirmed yet, but as of now available info is up to 85% of SPA price for HDA. Will update here once info is confirmed.

Fully Furnished is only for 657 sqft Dual key. 323 sqft Studio and 484 sqft 2 rooms are Partly Furnished.

Difference is Fully Furnished gets:

1) Room Desk with Chair
2) Queen Size Mattress including Bed Frame
3) Side Table with Table Lamp
4) SMART TV (2 sets)
5) Not required to pay for renovation fees for Hospitality Management program (this info is for Hugoz so might change)

I don't think many from IQI are buying this project. As far as I know, no one from my team is buying, except me. Agent buy also got no special discount, just the comm. Anyway this project's down payment will be higher compared to other projects, those that buy have holding power. Furthermore, only 346 units for this project.

woo this is a good financial report to show how good exsim project at airbnb. But since exsim is selling their own project and this report is prepared by themselve. people may doubt about the reality. Maybe its only take the most success unit (most profitable rented unit) show at report for sale boost purposed, How about the lowest rented unit situation? As Expressionz, Ceylonz, even Scarletz newly vp got 2 unit lelong.

Of course every project have lelong due to owner personal financing planing, but if this project is constantly profitable, i will let my other debt or assest (maybe car or other property) to be lelong other than this profit asset.

Yup. End financing with the banks are still in the process of being finalized, so the loan margin and details could still change.
