Try to rehab first. First only limit yourself before sleep. Then reduce the frequency until you not rely on it anymore.

me myself managed to control it by making myself busy with my hobby and work stuff , plus very less to things that can trigger those thing nod.gif

The blood will flow elsewhere. If I run I notice my dick become size of prune. Coz blood has been allocated to other parts and similarly if I do weights, pump of blood to my arms and chest

Once done I also no mood want to horny just want to rest

But key is until exert. But notice next day my didi hard as fuk in the morning.

You do a lot of cardio and weight? Say if you pause the activity for a few days or weeks, do you notice any less of erection/hardness compared the period when you do a lot of cardio/weights? Period of better blood circulation.
