I was just wondering if single individuals, like myself (I am a 31-year-old single guy), masturbate regularly.

I plan to kill this habits.

I never ever make my bed after wake up in morning in my whole life. I think its Stupid, so my brain doesn't take out dopamine for this task. So I'll never do it.
