Hello everyone,

Possible. U exert until failure

The blood will flow elsewhere. If I run I notice my dick become size of prune. Coz blood has been allocated to other parts and similarly if I do weights, pump of blood to my arms and chest

Once done I also no mood want to horny just want to rest

But key is until exert. But notice next day my didi hard as fuk in the morning.

Hard to say. Fitness is my new found interest and either days either weight or cardio. Only one time a week I take rest ( or if there are function or emergency etc to attend I will find time to cover it)


My erection every morning sometime annoying coz I have to urgently pee and when it’s erected stiff, it’s hard for me to target and sitting in the potty doesn’t work coz it can’t fit the potty hole when I sit down. Sometime urgent have to remove potty cover and point it downward and tembak but will get splashes

But that’s part of life when your overall body is improving

On days I feel like shit, just listen to David goggins podcast and that turns me back on

David goggins is my inspiration and hope his podcast helps those who are keen

Morning most of the time. Start at 6.30am to 7.30am then head out to work or wfh which ever. I find that working out at night doesn’t yield much benefit as I am already drained from the mental challenges of the day so best to torture body in the morning and then torture mind at work
