Yup... GRAB driver also smart.... Pickup from KLIA... KLIA2 all got que number lah.....Usually customer arrived....cannot wait long long.....
I know that at night....from what I heard.... GRAB driver very kurang unlike morning.... Where you need to wait at Landside area while waiting for your number to be allocated.
Many cars lo..

I bet it happen to you evening onwards.... right?
Memang grab car kurang lah unless order Premium Grab car..

Hey bro.... The reason that driver kena pergi jauh jauh because maybe it need to Uturn...
Buat macam saya..... Book Grab and die die glue your eye Grab car pergi jalan mana..... If you see jalan jalan away from you and promptly cancel lo within 5min so that won't get penalty fee.

Don't book and play your phone Dan ingat Grab car will come as promised....
Grab only promise you can get car ASAP but Driver pattern susah nak predict lah... Even though 5 star Driver.
Grab driver also datang haid lah.
Give chance lah but within that 5 min..... OK..... Lol

A lot of cars but some driver attitude shakehead.gif . Anyway lots of other e hailing apps. Just leave it like it is and I take another one. Usually happens during peak time. The driver will cancel on their side when they cannot tahan. But still waste my time waiting for them earlier.

So if at KLIA, just take airport limo. No question asked.

Still find it a wonder that Grab forced driver to pick up the passenger.

Here UK I see the uber drivers when almost reach my destination his phone rang nonstop, and he'll cancel, cancel, cancel, cancel, until it stopped ringing, or when a big jobs pops up, then he'll take it.

its always the hot topic here .. driver vs rider .. but bodo driver fail to understand its grab system bodo .. so stop blaming the rider

i will never cancel this kind of ride.... if i have time i wait it out ... if i need car urgently .. ill just call grab hotline ask them cancel it for me

How many times rider can cancel until cannot book again ? whats the penalty i forgot ..

It was OK until Grab suka suka reduce 1km from 70cent to 20cent..

So....blame on Grab lo.... Not driver...

It just like you work for a company at, let say 1hour pay rm30... Then suddenly reduce to rm20...
So what you going to do?

Work even slower lo instead of faster kan....

Grab forgotten that when peak jammed hour is progressing become longer time.
Yes.. Passenger book at that moment is.. Let say 10min pickup time... But by the time Grab driver read you.... 15min lo...
Jammed time means toll almost need to que to pay toll and we all know how terrible jammed to reach to pay toll and after pay toll also jammed.....

Usually I just cancel lo. No point arguing with peasant drivers when my income is 10x theirs. I cant understand their reasoning also.

Now if they ask cancel I just do

I also put reason they ask to cancel

I then send a complaint to grab asking them to work with the drivers and address the issue

This happens a lot, maybe grab has enough data to see a common pain point

Well..it is up to them ....until GRAB decide to fired them or suspend them.

The critical issue here....why don't immediately suspend the Driver......because mana cukup Driver in reality and again i point out......EVP is the issue....as it will tie to the Driver Car....

EVP paid by Grab but Grab Driver suka suka want to show pattern....for the most 1 year..
No EVP.....Grab Driver mana got balls to drive.

By now...it is forced accept/assigned.....still it is up to Driver to accept...kan?

Kena before pre-covid time. Forgot KLIA or KLIA2

Grab driver say cannot exit the Grab waiting area, so ask me to cancel. Say his app hang/freeze so he can't cancel, I need to cancel my side.
