Masing dok menunggu, lepas hampir 10 min, saya mengalah dan saya cancel. Kali ni tiada lagi maaf buat mu, terus email kat Grab dan buat aduan ‘driver refuse to come and cheating’
Please kalau tak nak ambik trip, jangan menipu dan cakap benda yg betul dan cakap elok2 dengan customer.

when driver full this kind of crap, i just screenshot the driver profile, cancel.
next day when i'm free, i always launch complain to grab, with screenshot.

every time i'll flex some muscle like.....

So what now peak jam time increasing from 20cent to 50cent...
Jammed mean 45 mins fastest during peak period lo...

Now pickup tipu.... Cakap 10min but actually 20min because pickup long time especially peak hour.

Grab so call accurate historical peak time jam not accurate lo..

Grab forgotten that when peak jammed hour is progressing become longer time.
Yes.. Passenger book at that moment is.. Let say 10min pickup time... But by the time Grab driver read you.... 15min lo...
Jammed time means toll almost need to que to pay toll and we all know how terrible jammed to reach to pay toll and after pay toll also jammed.....

what they do to driver, i dunno & dun care.
but i do know that sometimes i'll get compensation from grab.
