An interesting comment from the FB page:-

Driver grab bukan hamba ko la bodo. Dah dia suruh cancel tu cancel je la. Kereta tu kereta dia. Dia ada hak untuk tak nak ambil job tu. Lantak la. Dh memang driver grab kena paksa guna Auto Accept nak buat macam mana? Diva nak mampos. Moga passenger mengada2 ni naik teksi biar padan muka

Faced this problem a few times, driver cannot be contacted and doesn't move from their location.

If you disagree with Grab's method of trip allocation, don't drive for Grab lah.

Only Grab follow and paid on Grab Driver behalf on EVP..

Grab digging on grave by reducing 1km 70cent to 20cent.....lol

So what now peak jam time increasing from 20cent to 50cent...
Jammed mean 45 mins fastest during peak period lo...

Now pickup tipu.... Cakap 10min but actually 20min because pickup long time especially peak hour.

Grab so call accurate historical peak time jam not accurate lo..

Grab forgotten that when peak jammed hour is progressing become longer time.
Yes.. Passenger book at that moment is.. Let say 10min pickup time... But by the time Grab driver read you.... 15min lo...
Jammed time means toll almost need to que to pay toll and we all know how terrible jammed to reach to pay toll and after pay toll also jammed.....

Grab force job lo...let say at Klang Lama....
Usually jammed one side.... Then force Uturn to pickup customer at the other side which is of course currently jammed.
..
So how that for Grab trip allocation...... Hohoho

I don't deny Grab's trip allocation is fucked up, but the drivers are aware of the same yet still choose to drive for Grab? Heard from AARide drivers that they get to choose.

I agree driver should cancel, asking for cancel is just inviting trouble.

FYI all newbie driver rating is 5.00 which they are under top rated driver, so this function is just lppl

Top rating doesn't mean a thing lah.

It is important for Grab for any driver to complete any trip so that Grab can get commission 20% lo.

Too rated Grab driver just like normal other Grab driver... Just cancel less nia...

Sorry AAR is shifting into auto accept now for their full time driver now, sooner or later the same problem will happen again and again.

Yes... AA Driver get to choose.... Do download AA for cheaper price.... And old car and of course possible no EVP and No Insurance...

Only GRAB offer full fledged protection unlike AA.. INDRIVER and Maxim

Surelah full time.... AA full-time gaji need to maximise AA income mah.....once Auto accept..... Pattern keluar lagi or force to resign from monthly salary driver

Please kalau tak nak ambik trip, jangan menipu dan cakap benda yg betul dan cakap elok2 dengan customer.

i pernah kena liao. memang sakit hati

see at map makin jauh and makin jauh. then after 10 minutes only say dun want pick up. really sohai driver. then on the app for what. sudah la ayam kejar masa that time coz service centre want to close soon.

it used to be a share ride, meaning the driver share the ride with pax, in exchange for some token which is $

somehow now it becomes like ( I pay for your service therefore you must obey what I want )

This commenter's mindset is zaman Uber we call it share ride or tumpang car by paying a fee to driver (driver no need taxi license).

But now Grab has changed due to government regulations, it is now same like taxi. So their drivers pattern also same like taxi.
