Impossible the blind spot is in that location. If u say the motor is behind side of the bmw maybe can still believe. This motor came out in front of the bmw. The BMW driver is blind!

To be precise, the BMW driver was not paying any attention at all while driving on that road and that is supported by his own words in his video and the fact that the BMW was already going off the road.

One thing for sure, the BMW driver will most probably be charged and sentenced for reckless driving, judging by the circumstances and speed and injury caused. Motorcyclist's contributory negligence will only reduce BMW driver's sentencing, I think.

State elections coming, I think this will be very closely watched and politicians will be looking to make this a political issue, esp after the recent multiple dead kids case where the woman got acquitted. I think his best move will be to try and drag out the case and hope to have it heard after the elections. Maybe can learn from Najib, have stomach ache and diarrhea during hearing date so can postpone?

Road in front of houses if in Klang valley every 10 meter one speed bump. Would have prevented this type of accident.
