It wasn't safe to enter the lane, not about who entered 1st. Still considered as 'sudden entering'.

If about who entered lane 1st, if I cross road on foot and car bang me is the car at fault? I fully entered the road already.

Regardless who is at fault, biker lost her life. Could've been prevented from both ends, especially the side which has higher risk of injury.

Walaowei...... not sure how driving school teaches ppl nowadays, exiting junction properly is not just about whether you managed to fully exit, it's about you fully exit in a safe condition.

Getting hit upon fully exit is not how you supposed to do it.

At that speed, dunno if the deceased spinal cord putus the moment impacted the BMW or not. Hopefully autopsy can determine this.

if 3 sides also got stop line, should be the first car that stop first can go first.
