I would expect a licensed road user to be better at it. Anyway, bad decision on the road can end in tragedy, whether not stopping when exiting junction or failure to judge oncoming traffic speed.

Judging from the sambil lewa speed the biker was exiting and even straying into the middle of the narrow lane as the impact happened, very high probability the biker didn't bother watch out for oncoming vehicles before exiting the junction.

Actually, it's difficult to judge in this case, the motorbike already entered fully into the main road before getting rear ended. Normally this won't count as sudden entering lane as bike already completed turn.

In anycase, doesn't matter even if bike is right, she lost her life so no point saying "I'm right".
