I think both vehicles on the other side were going straight; motorcycle was on the left straight lane while the Innova appeared to overtake into the turning right lane but I believe this is due to the left straight lane being quite narrow. There is slight fish lens effect on the CCTV that might give away the impression that the Innova was going to turn right but looking at the front tyre of said Innova, there's no sign that it's going to turn right.

But then again, we have no idea what the Innova saw so can't be 100% either.
