so last time the Taman Hillview (the moto possible origin, like a gated community)
is the one that uses the Jalan Lo Poh Heng

and with new road, they end up with a 3 way stop, since the side road to Hilview used to be the only road linked to the main road

and the new road would have the stop line as well

heres the crux

from the view of the CCTV the moto oredi enter the main road ~2-3 secs before the car
and seeing how fast the car's travelling
it would seems further away from the POV of the moto

so Moto enter 1st as usual
car fast come no slow down no stop
and the accident happens
