I am sorry but lapse of mind cannot use if already lost life
I am also a person who always blame myself if I have lapse of mind
But can you answer my question :
Think about it
If you are the person who ride the bike, will you come out of junction, go to the middle of lane, and ride slow with helmet not fastened properly?
Please be honest with your answer.
Legal or not, can you answer my question properly instead of diverting it?
Why u keep asking people about riding middle?
First I believe u are not motorbike rider. They are suppose to keep left but not until the curb. There are risk riding close to curb. Near curb is ok.
Secondly, that road is quite small. It's not like what u imagine a big road. And she's not riding in the middle.
I am from Penang and have already went by to test out.
Thirdly, there is no way the car could have not seen her. She's way out from the junction. Cars can even see it 100m away.
No point to try pinning the blame on her.
Yes she could have not go out until no cars. See this word no cars. Or she can turn when the car is far away.
Of course first option is best. But generally even for car drivers, we turn out when we know car is away some distance. We don't wait until whole road no cars.
My guess is she saw the car far away, but misjudge how fast the car is going.
And driver wasn't even paying attention on the road that's for sure. Because there is no way to missed that. Look at the breaking distance of the car. A bmw breaking is one of the best. U go try drive at 60. An abrupt break u will be able to stop quite immediately. I am thinking driver is going 80-90+.
She could have avoided that but nobody I see on the road is going to wait until whole stretch no car only turn.
That guy sure is going in for reckless driving causing death. No amount of reasoning can save him.
