I wonder what is future development behind the Petronas and Cricket Field there.

Previously, the majlis want to build a wet market there.

actually the land is belong to InP Kinrara (SP Setia)... they sold two plot lands to Trinity (Elita) and Chin Hin (Avantro)... this remaining land still hold by InP Kinrara

InP Kinrara not good in high rise...can see their previous project which struggle to sell ...maybe they will sell the remaining lands in stead to develop by themselve ...

In future...can wait for Sunway...the Giant supermarket in Bandar Kinrara now is belong to Sunway...stay tune

Just know Giant Supermarket now belong to Sunway.

I think I like Elita more than Flora for the location. Though Flora has better developer and overall design/quality. But outside the condo is poor road connectivity (but not as bad as everyone thinks it is). I'm living in this area.

The other (3-4) similar condos nearby don't have many pluses on my list.

I think because it is the only type that faces to LRT one. The others are either facing Petronas or Shop Lot/Golf area.

I suspected that Sunway would be developing that Giant area into something integrated, not just buying over the landlordship only. In their press release they said a bit on that.
It's a good location to develop, very central and many people pass through. But the road needs to be widened, just 2 lanes each way now

No so straight forward bro, giant is acquire by SunReit , not sunway , alot of work for sunway just to redevelop it

The land should be belong to Sunway..anyway… is just left hand to right hand only… like Pavilion bukit jalil

For me is better to left Giant Supermarket there for 10 years or more… Sunway no need to rush to developer it… just let all the development done in Bkt Jalil…and PJ Link connected to Bandar Kinrara.. sure the price will be double or triple up in future … since the land is freehold and Giant still paying rental… just wait only… no rush
