I think I like Elita more than Flora for the location. Though Flora has better developer and overall design/quality. But outside the condo is poor road connectivity (but not as bad as everyone thinks it is). I'm living in this area. The other (3-4) similar condos nearby don't have many pluses on my list. In their press release they said a bit on that. No so straight forward bro, giant is acquire by SunReit , not sunway , alot of work for sunway just to redevelop itIt's a good location to develop, very central and many people pass through.
