Went to Elita Showroom when visiting Bank there. The takeout rate is quite good. Type B is almost sold out at Block A. Soon will be open for Block B.

Ask for the SAMM unit (Type A) as well, but they didn't sell. Maybe need to apply the same with others on the gov Selangor website.

I wonder what is future development behind the Petronas and Cricket Field there.

Previously, the majlis want to build a wet market there.

Just know Giant Supermarket now belong to Sunway.

I think I like Elita more than Flora for the location. Though Flora has better developer and overall design/quality. But outside the condo is poor road connectivity (but not as bad as everyone thinks it is). I'm living in this area.

The other (3-4) similar condos nearby don't have many pluses on my list.

I think because it is the only type that faces to LRT one. The others are either facing Petronas or Shop Lot/Golf area.

Thanks for sharing the analysis. Now I understand why Trinity makes their biggest (and most expensive) unit not facing the pool as other developers.

I heard, there will be an alternative road from BK5 to BK Industrial before.

I don't know the exact location. But it will ease a bit of traffic coming from BK6 to the entrance road Bandar Kinrara.

Yaa, hopefully it will happen soon.

The alternative road I think in this area. From Google Maps (update early 2023 view). Easy access to Puchong Jaya without entering the Bukit Jalil highway.
