I saw this too today when driving along the Bkt Jalil highway.
Looks very good it seems to me, all the boxes ticked (except not sure about the developer, any sharings?)

They are renowned for delivering quality products in early 2010s but seem to quiet down quite a bit in recent years.

One of their recent projects - Lemanja Kepong has got quite positive feedback.
