Didnt ask but should be sharing facilities. And if dont want rumah selangorku same floor with your unit at block A, better choose level 21 and above, so there will be lesser unit per floor. |

Yes, the shorter blocks below pet garden. The salesperson told me directly wor. If you check the brochure they provide, they only show the unit layout starting from type B. You didnt notice based on the floor layout there is 1 unit type layout not shown?  |

Went to Elita Showroom when visiting Bank there. The takeout rate is quite good. Type B is almost sold out at Block A. Soon will be open for Block B. Ask for the SAMM unit (Type A) as well, but they didn't sell. Maybe need to apply the same with others on the gov Selangor website.  |
