actually the land is belong to InP Kinrara (SP Setia)... they sold two plot lands to Trinity (Elita) and Chin Hin (Avantro)... this remaining land still hold by InP Kinrara

InP Kinrara not good in high rise...can see their previous project which struggle to sell ...maybe they will sell the remaining lands in stead to develop by themselve ...

In future...can wait for Sunway...the Giant supermarket in Bandar Kinrara now is belong to Sunway...stay tune

The land should be belong to Sunway..anyway… is just left hand to right hand only… like Pavilion bukit jalil

For me is better to left Giant Supermarket there for 10 years or more… Sunway no need to rush to developer it… just let all the development done in Bkt Jalil…and PJ Link connected to Bandar Kinrara.. sure the price will be double or triple up in future … since the land is freehold and Giant still paying rental… just wait only… no rush

Should be proceed… like Lynas… hooha hooha so many years… still Jalan until today

the main entrance road to Bandar Kinrara is a design flaw.... not fulfill residences needs and future usages... heard SP setia going to upgrade the access within 2 years time... i think they plan to develop the commercial plot at current hockey stadium...so is make sense to upgrade the access in order to make their commercial project sellable.

in Malaysia is OK and is acceptable... unless you not Malaysian and cannot accept multi culture society

just 2.28mil not much can be done actually.... the future upgrading involve 60mil.... that consider sizeable amount to do major upgrading works instead of just widening the road only...once the main entrance upgrade done... sure the property price in Bandar Kinrara will get another upward surge

SP Setia is master developer in Bk… so is their responsibility to upgrading all the infrastructure… is not just to built landed with premium price for easy money without doing any… SP Setia abit lag behind if compared with SD, EW in township planning… come on SP… is time to wake up… sometime really want to give them slap…

BK not MK... so target audiences is different.... kena local to support...else makan angin only

near by got big empty land (current hockey stadium) which belongs to SP Setia.... sure people who want buy high rise at that location will wait for that
