Worth to check your font size setting. It might work if you reduce it.

Yesterday my account number in app was incomplete, displayed on 2 lines, and ending with ... last 3 digits not shown. After reducing the font by one size, the full number reappeared, on one line!

It appears that the design of the app is not canggih enough to adapt to suit larger font size, leading to information on the screen being cut off.

I don't have this problem with other bank apps, using the bigger font size. Their apps just reduce the font automatically to suit the screen display

Try logging in see if it works.

They also didnt advise me of account approved, but I went ahead to log in. After that funded RM20 successfully, and also could apply for debit card.

Done to sign up and pending for approval.

2nd time log in to check status showed acc locked

Possible the app doesn’t have dynamic fonts sizing embedded with it 🤦‍♀️

Even KDIs is having the same problems with fixed font sizing being programmed in the app

yes it is approved and i bank in 5k and withdraw RM1 out just to test out the withdrawal function
i even call them ask them is this protected by PIDM, they said yes up to 250k
again saja nak call since i already know since i saw the FAQ yet being a typical malaysian always wanted to double / tripe confirm something

i did not find it in FAQ, can you be kind enough to point me to their TnC?
so payout is monthly but is it calculated daily?
if they dont payout daily then would they be able to count daily?
i am super confuse now
this is one of the campaign notice they published on their website where it show daily
