Just tried this but it doesn't change anything haha, the Savings Pot just appears as 0 balance.
Hmm, maybe I'll check with their CS or something.

Not sure good or not, but most people here probably only here for the promo interest of 5.0% p.a. till August 31st.

5% better than FD and no lock in period...
i try to use this app to transfer money so far so good
maybe i should try paying credit card with this app tomorrow see if it works or not

Need go branches to show IC b4 approve account?

I just worry later deposit is easy, withdraw is difficult. Later need ask show this and that to prove identity...etc. End of the day last ask you go to branches settle doh.gif

Withdrawal can just use DuitNow facilities... Or the ATM provided... Use MEPS 👍

1stly they are a digital bank hence it is branchless and all support is through app itself 🤦‍♀️

Even their KYC is through app as they won’t ask you to go any branch there isn’t any at all because they are a digital bank 🤦‍♀️

i tried paying credit also can...
so will try to use this app as a day to day account
i think accepting money from other ppl is just too crazy as it is too long the account number
for accepting money i think still uses maybank.. for payment or transfor money out i will use Rize

If you want shorter bank account number not possible these days

Standard bank account has at least 10 digits now to denote the branch number and account number itself

With digital and neo bank is on the rise expect it to be 15 digits soon with currently 12 digits are common already thanks to DuitNow
