One stupid question.....how do I transfer in and out from Rize? The "Transfer" icon in my Rize is grey out so I can't do any transfer.....

For large transactions, need to do verification with their CS for approval and they will tell you to re-do the transaction again within 5-10 minutes. Transaction is still instant but need some 10 min planning ahead

Look for the DuitNow transfer button.

How much considered as large transaction?

I did a RM20k transaction which need to be approved. I've done smaller transactions below RM2k and didn't need verification.

Then can confirm that Rize only support Duitnow incoming and outgoing while FPX only incoming for first deposit

Not that complicated when Duitnow is being used instead 🤦‍♀️ while FPX and Giro are old skool bank style payment 🤦‍♀️

They won’t expand because they are a not bank license holder in the 1st place 🤦‍♀️ plus no one really uses FPX or Giro already only old skool ppl as there are time delays compared to DuitNow 🤦‍♀️

Nope only DuitNow as they are only supposed to be EWallet like TnG

transaction history looks more like brief info. Might need to request CS for statement for detailed info.

No need to request from CS 🤦‍♀️ because automated eStatements monthly from your Rize app.

Unless that doesn’t happens then only shoot email to them

Here is my used case - I transfer rm200 to a contractor and he ask for a screenshot of the transaction. So I totally forget to take a screenshot and exited the screen. So I go back to transaction history and it just show his name on it. It does not say to which account I transfer to. Like m2u we still can get back the transfer receipt but this Rize nothing at all just a name and amount and does not even tell you which bank once u exit the page.

@rizencustomernservice - if you are reading this please help to address the issue in your next update

That you have to feedback to Rize CS and in fact they should have the share feature when after you do the transfer so that you can share the transaction to the person you transfer

Hi all, I just deposited some fund into my Rize saving account. Am I required to allocate the fund into saving pots to enjoy the monthly interest?

Yes you will still get 5% for first 5k and 4% for above 5k without debit card.
