QUOTE(virtualgay @ May 22 2023, 11:05 AM) now Rize very geng... whenever they block my transaction i will call their 1800 number... before it get connected to an agent while waiting my phone will ring... For large transactions, need to do verification with their CS for approval and they will tell you to re-do the transaction again within 5-10 minutes. Transaction is still instant but need some 10 min planning ahead so do verification blah blah blah.. then say ok now you can perform your transaction again i 1 week kena at least 2 times as i use it as my daily account now |

QUOTE(Super2047 @ May 22 2023, 06:15 PM) I did a RM20k transaction which need to be approved. I've done smaller transactions below RM2k and didn't need verification. Super2047 liked this post

QUOTE(jerantut2011 @ May 22 2023, 01:10 PM) Thank you. Then can confirm that Rize only support Duitnow incoming and outgoing while FPX only incoming for first deposit Contacted RIZE. Apparently it does NOT support any incoming or outgoing payments via GIRO at all. So the payment will be refunded back to PTPTN. QUOTE(virtualgay @ May 22 2023, 01:43 PM) Not that complicated when Duitnow is being used instead 🤦♀️ while FPX and Giro are old skool bank style payment 🤦♀️QUOTE(PueRTeaA @ May 22 2023, 02:17 PM) Rize still can not totally replace other MAJOR bank account for daily use. They won’t expand because they are a not bank license holder in the 1st place 🤦♀️ plus no one really uses FPX or Giro already only old skool ppl as there are time delays compared to DuitNow 🤦♀️I try Rize bank --> FSM, KDI, Versa etc....deposit/withdraw all can not. Lazada/Shopee also can not. Many other major Shopping website also can not. May be need wait they expand the FPX/Giro network. QUOTE(virtualgay @ May 22 2023, 02:27 PM) Nope only DuitNow as they are only supposed to be EWallet like TnG |

QUOTE(xander2k8 @ May 24 2023, 03:07 AM) No need to request from CS 🤦♀️ because automated eStatements monthly from your Rize app. Here is my used case - I transfer rm200 to a contractor and he ask for a screenshot of the transaction. So I totally forget to take a screenshot and exited the screen. So I go back to transaction history and it just show his name on it. It does not say to which account I transfer to. Like m2u we still can get back the transfer receipt but this Rize nothing at all just a name and amount and does not even tell you which bank once u exit the page.Unless that doesn’t happens then only shoot email to them @rizencustomernservice - if you are reading this please help to address the issue in your next update |

That you have to feedback to Rize CS and in fact they should have the share feature when after you do the transfer so that you can share the transaction to the person you transfer@rizencustomernservice - if you are reading this please help to address the issue in your next update virtualgay liked this post

Hi all, I just deposited some fund into my Rize saving account. Am I required to allocate the fund into saving pots to enjoy the monthly interest?
