QUOTE(sjz @ Mar 19 2024, 10:18 AM) that is very bad imagine if they chose not to continue the 4% p.a. how long would it takes for account closure and to get back the final RM20. do BNM have any guidance or timeline where bank must process closure of account within x period? They very typical slow in these stuff... So really need to consider if you really want to keep that rm20 or just let it burned... BNM guidelines??? Not sure about it... What I know... No transactions for 1 year, consider as inactive accounts 😔

You could leave only RM10 in Rize account, not RM20.
