Hi, about the Rize app, is there any way to turn off the annoying start up sound when using the app?

Btw using the Android app

I'm more used to silent banking apps like Public Bank, Maybank and OCBC Bank

Yeah, I already sent them an email, and they said they'll take note of the feedback.

I suggest all forummers do the same so that they have demand to implement it in the next update.

I at least want a toggle to turn off the startup sound.

Previously my OCBC 360 account, I also encountered late payout of interest from OCBC before (like 1 time every 3 years). Since I already had experienced from OCBC, and Rize late interest payout is acceptable as long as it can be resolved by month end (since my Ocbc late interest payout problem settlement date was 24th last time)

But if by month end not yet resolved, it unfortunately probably langgar their T&Cs, and in turn false marketing, in turn I probably have to report to BNM and let them whack al-rajhi to wake up.

I haven't received neither the October profit nor an email, and I contacted them on 1 Nov already with my case number still under investigation.. Wonder if there are still other forummers like me

Sooo, anyone found the solution to the problem for "please use a non-rooted device" error message.

I am using a local Malaysia set non-rooted Xiaomi 13T, on latest Android version, even turned off developer options and USB debugging for good measures. And still have the error message after did all the steps.

Aww the 5% Rize is gone, but 4% is still more attractive than GXBank, next year going to be more interesting since 3 more digital banks launching soon 🤔
