i called their CS, was told that if its processing for more than 1 day, mean it won't go through.
due to unclear IC,
CS request to register a new account and abandon the previous application.

i register a new account and instantly able to open and transact.

not sure why their apps won't tell you to reupload IC if its unclear but instead keep stuck at the processing page

i am surprised to know that they say tell you under processing but in fact the application is failed due to blurry IC image.

they should immediately ask you to recapture IC image on the spot and solve the problem

i think this is the case too, their so called IC verification, anything will go through.

just tat if good to go, you can use your account immediately, if no, it will show under processing message.
but what shocking to know is that, they don't even have back office to check or even update on status at all.

if your IC verification failed, your application will show under processing, permenently.

and the only solution is to register a new account (as suggested by their own CS) 

seem like they don't even have any access to reject the application and let you verify your IC again

i think the issue is with the word "I" which stand for incremental
my balance is always around 7k++ and max also 10k then come back down to 5k
i guess in order for me to participate i need to dump more money
for example this month i withdraw everything make it like left 100
then next month i pump 10k in so i got entry-

actually this Monthly Average Incremental Balance is not that simple as it take the monthly average balance of last month vs this month and in order to even get the calculation for last month u need to add in your daily balance from 1 to 30 (Oct) then divided by 30 days. Then again do the samething from Nov where you need to add from 1 to 31 (Nov) then divided by 31

the result from Nov - October should show incremental.. where i say like this it looks easy and simple to understand but when you plug the number in, then it is a different story.
