I think TS ikanbilis and me signed up at earlier date when T&C stated 50 cents fee for transactions of RM5k above. This fee might be waived for later signups/extended promo dry.gif

no, it only appears after the transaction went through.. kena few times d, always forget to transact below RM5k.

well thats typical rize.

just like their profit payout issue.
some people kena some people didnt kena..

some people withdraw >5k no charges, some people withdraw >5k got charges.

Hard to tell who is who with rize, so you have to kena yourself first then only know you under which category..

For me the 50 sen fee would appear before i click CONFIRM. So i could still change my withdrawal amount to RM4999 therefore no charge.

Rize t & c is "no charge for transactions up to RM5,000". I have done transfers of RM5,000.00 many times. Never been charged. thumbsup.gif

I opened it on 13 April. At that time, the t&c said need debit card to enjoy the special interest rates, so I applied for it

Doesn’t matter. Who got the fee waived, good for them.

As for me i just do a few transfer of 4999 and all is good.

I get notification alerts from Rize from time to time, but when I tap on the short alert, it just takes me to the login page of the app. There is no info on the promotion which was alerted.

Anyone having the same experience, or is there a way to access the promo details from the login page?
