I present to you, rize fail TNC calculation strikes again!



in their example in TNC, if September MAB = 15000, and October MAB = 20000.
Means there is MAIB of 5000. and for every 1000 MAIB you get 15 entries. therefore should be 5 x 15 = 75 entries

and total entries would be 200 + 75 = 275.
But yet they calculate 72 and total 272.

anyway this is not first time their own TNC given totally fail calculations.
this is another fail calculation in their TNC for the 5% and 4% promo.

0.68 + 0.56 = 1.24, but they wrote 1.38

must be majority all put 5k only.

Instead of car lucky draw i would prefer if they give higher quota say first 30k 5%

cant even count on them to calculate the #entries correctly

so later all count the #entries lower amount than what people supposed to get and end up no winner.

cause "winner" already decided internally anyway

i store 100k rm in rize at 1st sept 2023. if i withdraw rm 95k rm in 30sept , do i still get 4percent/12 x 100k for 29 days?

u will get 4percent/365 x 95k for 29 days + 5percent/365 x 5k for 30 days
4percent/12 --> 29 months

Yeah, I already sent them an email, and they said they'll take note of the feedback.

I suggest all forummers do the same so that they have demand to implement it in the next update.
