Mine is public bank

The bank counter told me I can go jpj after 3 days to register my sole name to the car, but it's not necessary as the bank closed the account. The bank has no claim to the car anymore as the grant is in my name already.

Bank counter said can go after 3 days, but not necessary.

No, the bank account that has my car is terminated with last payment. The car grant is with me.

VOC doesn't have any "hakmilik dituntut oleh..." stamp unlike older geran. Collected my VOC after settling last payment at the auto branch (I called them for final amount to do early settlement, then paid online).

Bank said they did e-batal dy, no need to visit JPJ.

I tried doing name transfer using mysikap, no issue to proceed. I remember when I still had loan, an error popped up.

Where got. My car loan from 2013 settled in 2020.

Just sharing my experience.
-Called bank to fully settle my loan (few more instalments remaining). Been asked to go to any hire purchase branch to settle
- went to branch. Did online transfer at the counter (via hp) and verified by the officer.
- done. No letter whatsoever
- after 4 days went to JPJ to get the "batal" stamp on my grant (the grant has been with me for a few years already).

Mine also finish soon but i feel weird, i signed in july,
for 60 months. suppose the last payment also july right. But somehow it dragged to october @@ didnt miss any payments also
