Next month will be the last payment of my car loan. The operator advise me to go to any branch to perform the payment instead of online bank transfer. What document should I get back from the bank?

Clearance letter. Ori car card

If the car grant is with the bank then get it back lo.

Release letter is not necessary as jpj doing online now (e-batal).

Car grant can always get it earlier if you go to the bank and ask for it. Say you driving to Singapore.

Got my registration card. Apart from fully settle the loan what should i do with other related authorities ie: JPJ, Puspakom ect after i paid off? What is e-batal, mandatory to do it?

Next thing to do is buy a new car and repeat the cycle again.

mostly is getting release letter..thats it

garen or certificate now new car should give directly (since no value anyway)

you need to go to auto finance centre if you want to get the car grant on the same day

i fully settled my car payment when there were 5 months left, never bothered to contact the bank

why your banker ask to go to branch?

If your loan is 9 years...properly you will face this cycle again or very soon.

just settle online je..


and since loan finishing.. time to look for a new car.

Walk in to the branch to officially close the account. They will close the hire purchase account and perform "e-batal". I received a confirmation letter after weeks from RHB as well. Time to look for new car.....

congratulation on the final payment, the original car owner need to be there as alot of document need you to acknowledge

Go bank.. there's e-milik jpj thing bank will need to do.

Bank will remove their hakmilik of your car, they'll do it online on the spot and give you the JPJ memo
