Fully settle doesn't mean the car is legally yours. Have you gotten the e-batal? Else the car is still under the bank and you can't sell it off until you sort it out.

i see. few days after i made the full payment, i received an automatic letter by the bank stating that my instalment is completed. i just assumed that letter is proof that hakmilik thing is already settled.

anyway i have sold off the car, no issue whatsoever

Damn it, why the owner needs to go to JPJ just to cancel the financier claim ? The financier already issued the e-batal in the system, JPJ cancel je la ikut surat or e-batal tu. Redundant. Nabeh now I have to do this redundant thing at JPJ. Then ask why not productive ?
