Tips is go survey more property before commiting

Many say BJ as investment bad caz price expensive n cannot cover rental. If want positive netflow must survey other place example cheras

But for me Im not buying to flip

That location near Tzu Chi I don't consider as the good area of Bukit Jalil. Even though the location name is called "Bukit Jalil" but I would say it's located in "Kinrara" (at the border of Kinrara). Opposite of Pavilion Bukit Jalil separated by an expressway.

Better area of Bukit Jalil would be the Pavilion side, and along Green Avenue condo that stretch of road all the way to Kesas highway exit.
