At this price, you will suffer long term as most of the owners will default on monthly maintenance fees etc. chances are the owners buy for their workers…..I am speculating la.

owe more than 1k, terus send to tribunal to recover. 5k can apply to enter house to lelong the stuff inside house. if nothing inside house can literally lelong his unit if he still refuse to pay.
