-Location is average not at the prime area of Bkt Jalil
-not walkable to LRT, driving at least 2km to Alam Sutera LRT station
-quiet area, not much commercials and eateries within walking distance

This price at this location 1k sq ft new condo unit is reasonable. Not cheap nor expensive.

Depends on your preference and needs. If you think ok just buy only.

if you mean singapore, yes i stay in their hdb before. And walking, transport etc is not really a problem. The biggest problem is those jilaka crazy neighbours you meet biggrin.gif
