belila kat teluk panglima garang ataupun ulu ulu places. 300K only can built at ulu places. Now you pay 300k in city definetely below cost.

basement parking need water pump one lar,.. it's underground,.. water can't flow against gravity without pump,..

But I think their toilet not bad. Last time my neighbours house in Ara his original toilet WC, basin and tiles still going strong after 15 years

RM200+ for nothing at all
no swimming pool, no gym, this is basically a little bit PPRT in disguise

meanwhile, the nearby Putra Residence Condo maintenance fees is around RM350 but got 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, BBQ area, gym, 24/7 security with cctv ( but the security mmg cb, this condo wont allow you to have tong gas at home )

ayam don't know actually, already many case with this developer, but you still buy from it

ini developer bodo or buyers bodo? laugh.gif

BTW, the flat is just completed last year, still within warranty. developer is listed company, surely will honor warranty

anyway the problem with water retention in parking area is common with many highrise, the different is whether management do the job or not.

so, maintenance fee bayar tak?

but then most the problem is with JMB. and also, ayam don't think there is any laws requiring developer to install specific number of CCTV security camera
