To be honest for this kind of pricing okay lah, near to Sri petaling and with promotion package
One thing I like about it is freehold and near to Sri petaling, just that going to naga emas that highway dunno when can siap, I wonder . The road noise if facing tower B should be lower, of course tower A is much more better but seeing the YouTube review, I think I will choose Tower B as the noise level will be lower and less dust to the house

I think nothing wrong for UOA. Forumers here only talking about this AH project - this is non-fancy project. Just the basic from the unit to facilities.
Peoples expected more on UOA as you said they got nice office building at Bangsar South. But after visited this AH project then feel disappointed on far out from expectation only.

To be fair to UOA, case by case.
For this project at Sri Petaling: 1st phase AG, and now 2nd phase AH, I think I would agree: suck ass

uoa well known for office building, residence building is not, take aster green as example, find the youtuber review posted by someone earlier in this thread, i'm not sure about the build quality, but from the video the internal design look like a budget cheap apartment from 10-20 years ago. far far more inferior if compare to exsim.

For all their hate, so far UOA is one of the rare ones that actually leave some capital appreciation space for early birds.

So you get the hint, if UOA product, get in early and you'll see some instant capital appreciation upon VP.

Their design is like Toyota, same old design for 20 years, but finishing no complaints.
