I did visited the sales gallery, its overall good. I've even found a nice unit number because the previous owner let go after paying years of interest due to loosing his source of income. But its over my budget....


Mind to share which M Oscar nice unit number you found? What Type? and how much?

Agree with you especially "Their effort level is so low" after I went to see their show units.
They thoughts their name of UOA is superb but they are still not aware public's eyes are bright after went through several of their project, such as Aster Green, and now this Aster Hill.
This project makes me feel it's so low class, such as all windows size are so small, small balcony with cheap steel grill, very small master room (type A), no compartment to place toiletries at shower area (even little effort can see the differences), high dense 18 units per level & over 1000 units, many carparks are far to the lift, no speed ramp at carpark, price are not even cheap.
The TWO major pros for this project are Freehold and premium location (premium only refer adjacent to Sri Petaling mutual township, not to noise environment facing highway) ONLY.

I think this refer to current completed Aster Green, there got inner road to the condo, many cars park at this inner road lane.

If park till the outside main road, then become public and local authority matter jor - BIG NO on this!

Mahsing one is impossible ba, quite distance from the main road to the hill slope of mashing project lobby.
This 100m elevated land is hard for walking climb up and down to get your car park at main road.

I think nothing wrong for UOA. Forumers here only talking about this AH project - this is non-fancy project. Just the basic from the unit to facilities.
Peoples expected more on UOA as you said they got nice office building at Bangsar South. But after visited this AH project then feel disappointed on far out from expectation only.

To be fair to UOA, case by case.
For this project at Sri Petaling: 1st phase AG, and now 2nd phase AH, I think I would agree: suck ass laugh.gif laugh.gif
