Lots of freebies for this project ie MOT free and developer also pay for yr ad valerom stamp duty for your loan.
Their recent launch this year at bamboo hills enjoy no such subsidy from this same developer which begs the question why they give so many freebies here? I guess we can answer this for ourselves. |

Why keep complaining about this condo, it does not make any sense if you are expecting high end condo with low budget. Not to forget this project is freehold, offering partially furnished and even with 3 rooms in this kind of prime location.
