 Aster Hill Sri Petaling by UOA, Phase 2 of UOA project in Sri Petaling

Anyone been to the launching of this project? According to the agent it was launched on 11th Feb. Tower A is opened for booking now, but it faces MEX highway & directly facing west. Sales are slow to start with. They also have about 40% units reserved for Bumi.

I'm actually looking a house in Sri Petaling area. Looking forward for Tower B launching. I've visited to the showroom & i feel its just meh... Maybe due to my personal preferences, the tile they used in common area is 1x1. But according to the agent, this is to be confirm again next week after the developer's meeting. Another down side is the tiles in the bathroom are not fully covered to the top. For this price, it's a but disappointed, but location is acceptable for me.

Just my thoughts though.... 🙃

Anyone here has more to share?

I already know cannot expect much from UOA. But i never thought they will be giving rumawip spec in Aster Hill..what a waste..

I rather they increase their pricing and give better spec

Exactly! But Tower 2 will be facing North / South, so im actually looking forward for it.

Looks like the best value in that area.... Otherwise I'll need to consider Bukit Jalil projects opposite Pavilion like Ren & Bintang.

That hill looks too dense with only 1 small tunnel exit towards bukit jalil stadium. Not to mention Mercu, PPA1M BJ, LTAT development all in the same area with a small exit.

Seems like I have to give up Tower 2 as well.... by looking at Google Maps, there's another highway on construction right behind Tower 2.

It connects all the way to Salak South side, anyone know what highway/MRT project is that?

It is the road to Taman Naga Emas MRT Station. Not Highway.

not a highway, but a "shortcut" to the MRT station. been "abandoned" for quite some time already. not sure if they going to revive it.

I did visited the sales gallery, its overall good. I've even found a nice unit number because the previous owner let go after paying years of interest due to loosing his source of income. But its over my budget....
