hmmm... wat package are you on?

i am RM78 package and my 1st month was RM57.xx... yours should not be VAS... i did not get charged for that neither should it be a 5% govt. tax... can't remember as i dun have the actual bill in hand.. the actual bill has more details compared to the online ones...

you've been charged for itemized billing (it is a standard charge of rm5 to any package) - which NONE OF US deserve.

what you can do is call maxshit customer service and demand to remove the charges from your next statement onwards. it can be done. sukses ya! thumbup.gif

Monthly Charges 69.00 (prorated charge on advance package and homevoice since i started mid first week rm57.87 + rm11.13)
VAS 0.00
Usage Charges 0.00

my bill has no problem... it must have been something extra you have... i have my bill sent to me (physically).. no VAS charges...i pay what i subscribed to every month not even tax...

have you tried calling customer service to clarify things up?...can you list the details of your bill so we can have a look... so we can have more prove to help all our buddies here who wants to teminate...

the online invoice have less details than the ones they send you...i am on the RM78 package... maybe they haven't start conning me yet....

i bought this shit back in PWTC last year PC FAIR. Was using in Pusat Bandar Puchong. Connection sucked big time. Pushed it aside for few months. now in Cyberjaya , Cyberia. just applied streamyx.. but as u all know it takes months for those TM NUT cases to come n give us connection. dumbos.


now using back Maxis Broad Shit Band.

So called Premium Package. Gives me shit. 40/50 KBPS.. The highest i Got one time was 130KBPS.

Its like this la actually.. 1 hour , ill get 100 KBPS.. next hour ill get 10/20 KBPS... third hour ill get 100 KBPS...

so many times complain to that idiotic call centre...

I ask why cenot 3g connection still in UMTS or sometimes even GPRS!!.. they say 3g and UMTS same oni... what the hell man..

Im in cyberjaya, so called CYBER CITY... still can get gprs all...

The call centre guy ask me to put modem near window.. now i put IN BALCONY OHHH!!... next i gonna hire a KREN n hang the modem outside

I do respect your effort to explain; much better compare then what MUCKSIS do. If 10 x 155mbps is going to offer to 1500 subscribers for each 1mbps this should be fine. For God sake, offer a plan of 1mbps to 1500 only. The problem is when advertise (ADVERTISED) wrongly and become greedy. First come; first serve. Then the new subscriber can always wait until MUCKSIS really ready. People would really appreciate it.

Base on the mentioned case above; MUCKSIS can always cap the subscriber to 1mbps, therefore, no issue will rise regarding to data type, protocol and connectivity would it?

As I said on the earlier post, other provider ™ was first (guinea pig) that venture into this business. MUCKSIS should know better what will come ahead. As we are keep complaining now, MUCKSIS agent at various shopping malls are now registering new subscriber.

No need to come to subscriber house to know browsing habit. MUCKSIS has network analyzer that can perform simple cap. Cap bandwidth is ok but restrict nature of data is wrong; bottom line, data consist in TCP packet is simple 1's and 0's and easily kill if over the cap limit.

Complaining is healthy for successful marketing. And MUCKSIS better not become childish that easily scared by some, honest complain do they? Camon laa Mr. butthead, don't get too personal. I don't care whether you a MUCKSIS guy or not. As far as I am concern,
1 CAPPING excess limit is OK
2 Monthly Quoata is OK
3 Blocking data protocol (http / ftp / p2p) is NG (No good)

Terminating or cancellation or revoke is not the issue.

my speedtest.net can't load... cry.gif
test with maxis site.. just get 30kbps.... even my old modem 10 years ago faster than this
maxsuck as always show how well them giving bad service...

just call their centre 5x.. no body pickup phone... scare??????

Any body have experience using maxis bb for PS3 internet connection ? My problem is not internet connection but NAT type. How to change NAT type from 3 to 2 or 1? Hope someone can help me..............

1.an average transfer rate for advance package/RM78 every month = 1.8KB/s?? (slower than 56k connection doh.gif )

I got confirmation from maxis CSA today bout the 20GB usage limit. They confirmed with me that this rule does exist, and already happened to myself and some other ppl in this thread. When your speed is hovering around 25~32KB/s, congratulation!! Your account is being capped @ 256kbps or 32KBps until next billing date. Let's come join us in the Maxis Wireless Broadband complain thread in the User-to-User section. Or click the link on my signature. Thanx.

First of all if it is really 256kbps, some users are having speeds like a 56k connection and that is the problem. It still shows that the service isn't really performing as it should.

My PC and Modem is on 24 7 for the last 3 month now. Unfortunately, the network trend was not saved; thinking the speed will always ok. P2P was ok all day long. Now totaly blocked. (Well except between 1am to 6am)

Same with me. i subscribed for maxisbb power package. (RM98/month = 3.6Mbps)

My 1st month usage:

*3@6am to 3 pm = 1 ~ 1.2Mbps.
*4-6 = 600Kbps
*6pm - 3am = below 100kbps (WTF) vmad.gif

i think we should do sumthing. i called maxis for 5-8 time to complaints. the usually ask me to open 192.168.0.1 and check for my connection. ok. fine. then they said i am using old ZTE MF600 modem. thats y my speed so slow (snail browsing).F-ck. but, from their website, it told me i got latest ver of ZTE modem. and i ask for new modem. 2 week later (why they take sooooooo long to replace modem?) rclxub.gif . the day before i got my modem, a technician called me asked for confirmation. they said even i replace my modem, my speed will not increase (WHAT?). i dont care and want them to replace. After modem replacement, my speed "naik mencanak" drool.gif . i replaced my modem on 19 march. da day after (20 march), my nightmare started. my maxisbb speed became worst. (56kbps = hell with maxis)..... i called maxisbb center again, no body answer.....scare? after 5 call, they finally answer and ask me to off my modem for 15 minutes. after 15 minutes, nothing happend. Stupid maxis. i called again, nobody answer.


ARRRGHHHHH..... sum 1, plz suggest me what to do.

maxis broadband really pissed me off.....I've got 2 weeks of disconnected status on maxis broadband...and they (MAXIS) only send 2 technician after a month I've report to the customer service centre.....

know what??....I've ask for the rebate for my next bill since I can't get connected to the internet and guess what happen?.....I've been charged for RM206.03 for the next bill....And when I asked the service center, they just said its an typing error.....

i just wonder how suck maxis service is though it has its own reputation...

im asking her, y don't she pass me to their boss or let the bos
check lot of forum complaining them... if they think they really
customer care.. just read how many forum talk about their service..

for reminder...
Malaysian government already receive the consequences due to ignoring
people complain in the forum...
so maxsuck must be careful if they don't want to be what government facing now....
