Anyways.... I guess I'm stucked with Maxis for now, apparently it still is the fastest internet I can get in my area. Really kills me inside the fact that I have to pay them for their endless bullshit.

You're right, as customers we need to take action and practice our rights or otherwise we'll forever be ripped off by Maxis.

sigh ... degraded my power user package to the basic starter package. what for we pay so much since we can get the speed. planning to switch to Timecel Landline broadband with 2mb speed... at least the service is always up.

sorry maxisbb aka maxshitbb.. yesterday one of my friend wanted to subscribe maxisbb connection.. i manage to convince her that you (maxisbb) are teribbly sucks as an internet sevice provider & in providing customer services .. she even thank me (& thank god too) for doing that.. yehaa i manage to stop you from getting new customer.. why? because you don't deserve any new customer thats it!!..will do this to all your going to be customer until you provide acceptable service..hahaa!

Pullcastor bro, you did the right thing. But don't ever become maxshit customer once you cancel the contract. You will never know the so called "acceptable service" is a trap or not. Already got one example, the Wireless broadband that provided by them. At first they advertise "Unlimited", and train their promoter to say "No Such thing as 3GB limitation, the agreement you read on the internet is old one, now maxis canceled that one already", because later on if anything happen also, you will never find back that promoter again. That is my case currently. Con-men leaded by the biggest conman in Malaysia, Anaconda Krishnan. Whoa~~~

Maxshit brought me Maximum Shit this month.

since its capped at 256 once reach 20GB, then there's no point to subscribe the 3.6Mbps package one. Since i'm only able to use full speed for a week (20GB in a week) then capped for 3 weeks. Gonna call and downgrade

yesterday i succeed in convincing my nephew not register in maxsuck...
really happy when he go to streamyx and make maxsuck lost potential customer...
if we can highlight this in paper aka utusan malaysia, berita harian, metro. the sun etc.... I believe

Dun simply call to downgrade if you want to complain. Later they sure say 256kbps is still acceptable speed for 384kbps package, you then speechless.

Hehe, I kena single digit download speed few days ago, but the speedtest failed to run the upload, therefore cannot post here.
40kbps @ 5KBps is a killing speed already.
