Im not sure thats why im asking is your spa under housing developers act? you may check with lawyer. but tat also depend some other thing like stated in the list.

Lawyer will apply for you if the developer say they are entitled.

Normally developer will apply for its project and it's an attraction to potential buyer to buy the property.

Update from the lawyer: after they clear with the government with all the warta etc released end of July, I am entitled with this i-Miliki initiative, will then proceed with signing the surat akuan. For potential future buyer, please do check before signing SPA.

According to my agent, total 85% units booked, 70% of total units signed SPA.

Generally, the developer referral schemes are for when you directly buy from them. SAs get commission from developer.

Hi bro, my update as above. And I already signed the Surat Akuan with the lawyer, I am entitled for this exemption. I think the project already passed 10%. Piling done, now doing carpark. According to my agent, 95% sold, 20% of it still applying loan. The showroom at Aurora will be closed tentatively in Dec 2023.
