MBB lowest 3.7 so far with CRTA/MRTA.

Public bank could be lower with 3.76 with minimum CRTA/MRTA and can go to 3.65-3.7 from third years onwards.

If put aside the location and traffic conjestion problem, this project actually is quite nice. looking at the price, layout and facility provided, and with such a low dense, very suit for own stay. just, for those work in KL city, kind of troublesome with the transportation. for someone who use to WFH, its really a good buy.

You mean congested to get out to highway? I drove past during weekend so dunno

Location looks ok to me, though may be a bit not that centre

Good for you. In that case it's reasonable, hard to find new projects where htc not that near.

not very near actually but you can see it at low floor......

this project is much better than those right beside HTC like The Legacy, OUG.
