What is curi parking?

They got check how many years? I tot as long as you work or live there can already.

Rumawip 1 house 1 assigned parking. Ada celaka more than 1 car (usually renter) malam malam cari parking kosong of other residents (sebab kalau visitor parking they will kena clamp) and park there instead. Jadi masalah when one day the real owner of the parking start staying there or visiting.

Lagi celaka pretend visitor. Then keluar and re-entry lepas tempoh melawat habis (we tighten the overnight visitor rule to not more than 3 days per session).

Got case sial lagi la, curi the visitor pass then use it perpetually, kantoi bila MO change visitor pass then nak bising.

can opt for visitor parking right

my house rule allow it..

but need to pay RM10/night
got limited days can only park under visitor parking..

last2.. i park at roadside and luckily main road width is big enough so not disrupt traffic much

We dont allow at all. Visitor parking are strictly for visitors. Our visitor parking is limited.

When you buy/rent the house you should know edi the parking situation, so you shouldnt cry now about having more than 1 car.

i dont care much about parking situation since additional car can park on roadside
sometime aprt offer additional parking at cost per month

the issue I have with the whole apartment is the app usage

already got app to pre-register guest but still need to ask visitor to fill in manually using the same app.

the entrance RFID sensor very mafan if car got RFID sticker... it conflicted with entrance card and car RFID..

already complain about it but nothing change..sigh

Oh. Kami tak pakai app. If you want register, either go isi borang at MO or email them the details.

my house got app but macam tak guna sgt except for notification saja.

I mean we have app for notices and such. No vehicle registration through app though.

Right now aku tak puas hati developer punya app license 8k per year from maintenance budget, tamau renew tapi defect dlp developer only accept from that app. Jilake betul.

need to write a defect need to go through the app, afterward if no response, write an email to MO with screenshot from app

then only connect to developer

I got similar case. Owner bought the unit comes with 2 carpark.
But got 3 cars. Then complains no solution from MO. It's not our problem you have 3 cars, you know your unit has 2, then pandai2 la.

But then simply park at visitor, when I kutuk2 at resident group, she got mad and told me off (in DM). Claims that she gotten MO's approval to park there. I went to check with MO, MO says never knew about this arrangement.

Funny thing is, mampu beli Masili GLA250 with expencip plate, tak nak sewa parking lot (other home owners renting it out) from others. Stating RM 150~200 too costly.

Aku very vocal in the group. As JMB also they tak berani cari aku. They will ask other JMB to talk to me instead, but always kalah la majority rules.

I would screenshot yang dia marah2 and claim tu, and letak in group with MO and semua resident.

If I kena scold in DM like that, I will frequently release air from her tyres.

Because dana datang from the state/federal. Also to avoid abuse because affordable housing meant for people who live and work in that area.

I’m pretty sure the majority are those who are doing business but do not declare their income properly to avoid tax rather than low income high asset people that earns from dividends and capital gains.

Condo price goreng too much already la so gonna be hard to go up. Investing in condo now is not about making profit from price appreciation but rather profiting from rental yield + selling it off after 5 or 10 years at around the same price you bought or slightly more. Those who expect to profit from % increase in selling price would be disappointed.


Why rugi leh? Either way you need a roof above your head, if you don’t buy but rent also same thing, money goes out and end of the day you own nothing. At least you buy in the long run the unit is yours.
