How come when I key in my zip code in the trade in page it says trade in not available at your zip code??? Location is penang island.

seems like if using telco, cannot get any freebies like voucher 400 or trade in 600... anyone got successfully tried it? or really memang cannot? the best offer i get is only by celcom S23U 512GB, RM4399

Hmm... I think mine should be malaysia set cz i do claim warranty on its battery through official xiaomi site. The other redmi note 9s can claim though... Dem this samsung IMEI database system...

Lousy IMEI database... must try-try-try many devices... meow's SME unit also rejected ... Under SIRIM database too... both IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 also cannot use...
