Some retailer like SenQ gives extra year of warranty for member. So assuming if pre-order with retailer will get same freebies as preordering from Samsung website. So better preorder with retailer instead

I did both ROI for Senheng/Senq or official Samsung. It seems like RM200 like last year.

Senheng/Senq seems uses separate Google form as ROI form while Samsung official using their own website for that. Seen in Shopee also do similar ROI in apps.

there's a small catch...u should manually add 45w charger to the cart instead of picking the 25w one from the pre-checkout page (for u to spend the RM400 voucher).

I have no idea why Samsung isn't putting their 45w charger into the pre-checkout page, but they didn't manage to fool me to not add that into the cart beforehand. the discount applies btw.

I think if you have an very old working phone, just trade it in, it will be well worth the rm600 rebate instead of sitting in your closet. I just chat with Samsung CS, here's how they reply:
me: "if my phone only worth rm0, am i still entitle with the RM600 rebate?"
Samsung cs: "Yes, for RM 600 trade in rebate available as long as you succesfully do trade in on your cart."

This trick doesn't work anymore. Samsung has changed the process, you don't get a code for trade in with Instacash anymore.

The trade in is done directly on the Samsung website now. They will only send someone over to collect the device once you confirm. If you cancel, you don't get the RM 600 rebate.

there are 2 packages for selection ..rm369 & rm659

for rm369, does it mean default samsung 1 year warranty + additional 1 year samsung care+ warranty

and

for rm659, does it mean default samsung 1 year warranty + additional 2 years samsung care+ warranty?
