Probably.........I have no idea why Grab would want to buy a grocery chain. If they are thinking to be like Amazon, they better make sure they know what they are doing...in as much as there's a lot of tech and UX around the preposition, they must not forget that a big part of grocery retail is the supply chain and while it worked in the US, it may not work in msia.....simply because americans eat processed foods, coming from the 3-4 food major food brands in the US.......msian still need the sayur, fruits, meats, asian stuff.....and this part of the products and supply are locally sourced, very easy to fuck this up if your good suppliers are chinaman companies still running on windows XP or vista.....
